FROM MONDAY, MARCH 13, 2017

The weekly from Corriere della Sera devoted to the economy has been renewed and deeply improved, both in terms of form and content.“L’Economia” from Corriere della Sera is designed to be the new reference point in publishing. All the big names from Corriere della Sera will play a central role in the new weekly, for which a true permanent editorial committee has been set up. Many well-known names: from de Bortoli to Fubini, from Manca to DiVico, from Giavazzi to Ferrera and Reichlin. Quality in perfect continuity with the value expressed every day by Corriere della Sera.

DRIVERS OF CHANGE
Three influential macro-sections:

  • Surveys, exclusive insights, contexts, dossiers, charts, business stories and characters
  • Innovation
  • Personal finance, estates, SMCs, professionals and observers

As a result of the multiple access keys proposed, the masthead on the one hand has the aim of strengthening its relationship with its existing readership, further expanding their number, and on the other attracting a new target readership, thanks to the new and more effective graphic layout.

MAJOR SPACE FOR SURVEYS, ANALYSIS AND CHARACTERS
The first part of the paper is dedicated to surveys, exclusive insights, contexts, dossiers, charts, business stories and characters.
“L’Economia” is characterised by a great wealth of information, now even more original and thorough. In addition to the big names from the newspaper, some insights will be presented by international writers of the highest category.

INNOVATION
In the editorial schedule of the newspaper, the second section is dedicated to innovation, both at international level as well as focusing on Italian success stories.
The discussion of innovation will be approached through the faces and stories of those playing a central role in them.
Talking about the real economy, made up of people, business realities in constant evolution, new processes and insights that become business opportunities is the goal of this new section of the weekly..

INVESTMENTS, ASSETS, PERSONAL FINANCE, BUSINESSES, PROFESSIONALS
The editorial schedule closes with topics, themes and areas useful to the reader (investments, personal finance, estates, businesses and professionals), in continuity with the masthead’s ability to be an authoritative guide for the reader.
It is a section filled with tools and tips, with highly useful columns, tables, charts and company analyses to ensure the reader is better orientated regarding decisions from the economic- financial sphere.

THE NEW GRAPHIC LAYOUT
The graphics are very different, offering a decisive step forward.  The graphics are elegant and aggressive at the same time, able to bring the reader right inside the news.
The graphics themselves become an element of communication. “L’Economia” by Corriere della Sera, in fact, takes on a role which is central to the understanding of the content, thanks to the clever use of images, infographics and synthetic representations of complex issues.
